Prices listed are per person and include either a Deluxe King or Deluxe Two Queen room checking in September 8 and out September 11, 2024; some meals (to be confirmed at a later date), and all conference activities.
You must stay at the conference hotel to attend the conference.
To attend the conference, you must attend the entire experience including the sleeping accommodations.
You can bring a guest with you and just pay the single advisor rate but please note your guest will not be able to attend any of the conference events including breakfasts, lunches or dinners.
Unfortunately, the hotel does not have this option available
Ideally, we would like for you to identify a roommate before you sign up. However, if you don’t have a roommate and want one, you can sign up for the conference and add the roommate information later.
The hotel will make the rate available 3 days pre/post, based on availability.

Yes, you can. The rate is $1,700 for a single room until September 30. After this date, the rate will increase to $2,700.

January 1 – February 29, 2024: 25% of total booking
March 1 – May 31, 2024: 50% of total booking

No. The conference is non-commissionable.
Yes, travel insurance is strongly recommended, and you are responsible for purchasing your own insurance.
We hope to announce the list of partners at the end of 1st quarter/beginning of 2nd quarter of 2024. They can also be found on the GTN App.
If you choose the payment plan option, payments are scheduled in 31-day intervals. This means your first payment is due 31 days after we have received your deposit. If you need assistance, please email us and we will assist you.
You can count on opportunities to learn and connect with other GTN members, team, and partners. The agenda will be finalized closer to the conference dates.
Transportation is not provided by GTN or the Ballantyne. Uber, Lyft and private car services are available as well as rental cars.

The dress code is business casual for conference days and evenings. You are welcome to dress up more for the welcome reception and farewell reception if you choose to. Most hotels keep the temperature cooler than normal so you may want to have a jacket or sweater during the day.
