Account Manager, Partner Relations
APPLYAs we continue expanding our Preferred Partner Program, we are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to support and grow our partner portfolio. This role is ideal for someone early in their account management or sales career who is eager to develop strong relationship management skills while directly contributing to revenue growth, partner retention, and program expansion.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for assigned partners—building relationships, identifying opportunities to increase engagement and production, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive mutual success. You will collaborate closely with the Partner Relations team and report to the Director of Partner Relations.
The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, proactive, and energized by a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable communicating across multiple channels, confident learning new systems, and motivated by hitting goals and delivering value to partners.
This role will manage cross-functional initiatives, maintain high-touch partner communication, and proactively identify ways to enhance partner performance and satisfaction.
This is a hybrid remote/office position based in Mooresville, NC. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Gifted Travel Network does not provide visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day communication with assigned partner accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase partner engagement, visibility, and revenue performance
- Support execution of Preferred Partner marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and promotional initiatives with a focus on ROI
- Conduct regular outreach to partners to align on goals, promote opportunities, and drive participation
- Assist in developing partnership proposals, renewal strategies, and performance recaps that highlight value and growth opportunities
- Support renewal efforts by demonstrating program impact and identifying areas for expansion
- Maintain detailed account activity, communication history, and pipeline updates within the CRM
- Deliver a high-quality partner experience through timely communication, problem-solving, and proactive support
- Host partner webinars and trainings to drive awareness, education, and engagement
- Monitor partner sentiment and feedback, identifying trends and opportunities to improve satisfaction and performance
- Serve as a resource for partner inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Track partner production, engagement metrics, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
- Analyze data to support strategic decisions and partner recommendations
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of partner data across systems
- Partner with internal teams to align on campaigns, initiatives, and partner deliverables
- Support planning and execution of industry events, partner activations, and meetings
- Manage timelines and workflows across multiple accounts and initiatives
- Participate in team meetings and strategic planning sessions
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have mastery of computer systems, including Outlook, Excel, Zoom, Canva, Zoho (a plus), and others
- Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment
- Travel industry and/or sales experience

Compensation
- Salary: $45,000 annually
- Full-time, non-exempt position under Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift
- Work location: In person (hybrid remote), Mooresville, NC
- Preferred start date: April 2026
