Jen Cochrane brings her rare background as a startup and turnaround specialist at the Federal Reserve. She is recognized across the luxury travel industry as a business strategist and educator, and has served in committee leadership roles with Virtuoso, PATH, ASTA, and Travel ALLIES Society — shaping how the industry supports and develops successful travel entrepreneurs.

Meredith Calloway

Co-Founder & Chief Membership Development Officer

Meredith Calloway brings 20+ years of entrepreneurial experience and a background as a Wall Street analyst to her work at Gifted Travel Network. A bestselling author, host of The Travel Business Unpacked podcast, and sought-after speaker, she is recognized across the industry as a thought leader in travel entrepreneurship — helping advisors build businesses rooted in both passion and strategy.

Sandy Saburn

Chief Communications Officer

Sandy Saburn spent years working across leisure, corporate, and meetings and incentives travel before joining GTN, giving her a firsthand understanding of what advisors need to succeed. She is known for championing technology that makes advisors' businesses run better and for overseeing GTN's industry-leading events that bring our community together.

Kristin Matthews

Vice President, Professional Development

Kristin Matthews leads Travel Business University at GTN, overseeing the professional development programs that help travel advisors build expertise and grow their businesses. A Travel MBA graduate and former travel business owner herself, she brings firsthand advisor experience to her work — including a specialty in international luxury itineraries that earned her consecutive Condé Nast Travel Specialist recognition.
