FAQs
On the Deposit form, we asked for cabin type, occupancy and roommate name. If you did not provide us with that information, then please email events@giftedtravelnetwork.com no later than July 18th. By July 19th, if we have not received all 3 pieces of information, your spot will be forfeited, and you will be refunded.
We want to ensure everyone is completely immersed in the learning, networking and training sessions; therefore, guests are not permitted on this trip. Only a GTN member, booking member, business partner, or non-booking member are permitted.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended, and you are responsible for purchasing your own insurance. We suggest you purchase insurance as soon as you pay the Request to Attend deposit and then increase the amount of the policy when you are confirmed. If you purchase a policy and don’t get confirmed, you can use that toward another trip.
We will follow the COVID policies of the destination and resort including vaccination requirements, if any.
30 days after paying your deposit you will be sent a link to make your first payment. All payments need to be made by end of January 2025.
The ship sails roundtrip from Arles, France with scheduled calls in Arles, Viviers, Lyon, Tain L'Hermitage and Avignon. This itinerary is subject to change and is at the discretion of the captain. You will be able to take advantage of visiting the towns and villages we visit during the cruise.

July 19, 2024 – August 16, 2024: $249 cancellation fee
August 17, 2024 – September 16, 2024: $499
September 17, 2024 – November 16, 2024: 25% of total booking
November 17, 2024 – January 16, 2025: 50% of total booking
January 17 – travel date: 100% of total booking
Prices listed are per person based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified. Rates include cruise fare, port charges, and gratuities as well as:
· Gourmet meals onboard.
· A choice of complimentary wine, beer or soft drinks with lunch and dinner.
· Daily happy hour including house beer, wine, and select spirits prior to dinner.
· Club Lounge with 24-hour self-serve beverage station with complimentary cappuccinos, lattes, hot chocolate, and a selection of teas; cookies available throughout the day.
· Club LoungeLibrary with books, cards, and board games
· Avalon Choice®with your preference of Classic, Active, or Discovery included excursions and sightseeing with Certified Local Guides; and MyAvalonSM Guided Optional Excursions. · AvalonGO mobile app with itinerary information before and during your cruise, including schedules, transfer details, daily itineraries, GPS, and dining and entertainment options—and social media feature for real-time posts.

· Use of SkyDeck whirlpool, games area and State-of-the-art Fitness Center free of charge.
· Complimentary Starlink Wi-Fi access.
We are in the process of organizing a preliminary event for the evening of March 25th.
We are currently looking into options and will update you as soon as possible.
Transportation will be provided from the pre-hotel to the port on the day of embarkation.
On day of departure, transportation can be arranged from the ship for 55 euros per person.
