We will offer exclusive pre and post FAM opportunities in 2026, available only to conference attendees. Selection is first come, first served—priority goes to the order you register for Conference. Full trip details and sign-ups will be released in October 2025.
Sneak Preview: Villas of Distinction will host a pre-conference FAM in Riviera Maya, featuring two stunning villas (Hacienda Jaguar and Hacienda Magica) and at least one curated excursion.

FAQs
Prices are per person and include either a tropical view or partial ocean view room with either one king or two queen beds checking in September 14, 2026 and out on September 18, 2026; breakfast and lunch daily, and all conference activities.
No, to participate in the conference you must stay at the conference hotel.
Transportation is not included in the cost, but we are going to work with partners who work in that area to see if we can arrange transfers at a discounted rate.
No, all rooms must be booked through GTN.
The price is for the entire conference time and cannot be broken down by day.
You can bring a guest with you and just pay the single advisor rate but please note your guest will not be able to attend any of the conference events nor any of the meals.

Cancellation Penalties
By December 31, 2025: $50 cancellation fee
January 1, 2026 – February 28, 2026: 25% of total booking
March 1, 2026 – June 14, 2026: 50% of total booking
June 14, 2026 – travel date: 100% of total booking
No. The conference is non-commissionable.
Yes. Since this conference takes place outside the US, travel insurance is strongly recommended. We strongly encourage you to purchase it at time of registering so you are covered if you have to cancel. You are responsible for purchasing your own insurance.
We will announce the list of partners closer to the event. They will be listed in the GTN App.
Payments are scheduled in 31-day intervals. This means your first payment is due 31 days after we have received your deposit. If you need assistance, please reach out to events@giftedtravelnetwork.com and we will assist you.
You can count on opportunities to learn and connect with other GTN members, team, and partners. There will be a welcome reception, a closing reception, structured networking (AKA speed dating) with partners, and content sessions. The agenda can also be found on the GTN App closer to the conference date.
The dress code is business casual for conference days and evenings. You are welcome to dress up more for the welcome reception and farewell reception if you choose to. Most hotels keep the temperature cooler than normal so you may want to have a jacket or sweater during the day.
A group will be set up in the forum as we get closer to the event. All participants will receive an email with invitation to the private group in the forum.
You will receive that information as soon as you register.
GTN will work with the venue on dietary restrictions, however, we cannot accommodate kosher requests. Please email events@giftedtravelnetwork.com
